David Dolezal is Jefferies' Global Head of Energy Transition Investment Banking where he is responsible for leading the firm’s coverage of companies in the solar, wind, electric vehicle, energy efficiency, energy storage, biofuels, advanced nuclear, fuel cell and sustainability consulting and software subsectors. David has more than 25 years of experience advising companies and investors on financing and M&A. He has completed more than 100 transactions for both Fortune 500 and middle-market companies, including leading three of the five largest cleantech IPOs in history (Array, Shoals and GT Solar), two of the three largest PIPEs into energy transition companies in history (IEA/Ares and Array/Blackstone), the largest sale of a renewable power company to an oil & gas major in history (Savion/Shell) and the largest sale of an energy-as-a-service company in history (Budderfly/Partners). Prior to joining Jefferies, David was as a Senior Managing Director at Guggenheim Securities where he was responsible for leading Guggenheim’s energy transition investment banking business.

Mark McLanahan has eighteen years of executive and leadership experience in the renewable energy industry. He has been an executive at Pearce Services since March 2020 as a leader in their Renewables group. Previously, Mark was CEO at MaxGen Energy Services Corporation from 2016 to March 2020. Prior to that, Mark held the position of VP of Global Services, while working at SunEdison, Inc. from 2011 to 2015. Mark started his career in renewable energy in 2005 as a Founder & VP of Corporate Development at FRV. Mark holds an MBA in Business Administration from Wharton Business School and a BS in Business and Foreign Language from the University of Colorado.

As Chief Executive Officer/President, Peter provides direction and oversees all aspects of Mill Creek Renewables to ensure that the company’s strategic goals and business objectives are met. Prior to leading Mill Creek Renewables Creek, Peter was most recently the Managing Director Clean Energy Ventures Project and Asset Management at New Jersey Resources. Before joining New Jersey Resources, he was the President of Cypress Creek Renewables EPC responsible for installing over 2.5 gigawatts of solar. Peter has overseen and has been responsible for over $3 billion in solar installations.

Kelcy Pegler is the Chief Executive Officer and Board Director of FlexGen, one of the world’s leading battery storage companies. Before joining FlexGen, Kelcy was the Executive Chairman of Sofdesk, a solar and storage software company that was acquired by Enphase. Prior to Sofdesk, he founded and served as Chief Executive Officer of Roof Diagnostics Solar, a residential solar installation company which was acquired by NRG Energy, where he continued to serve on the executive team of NRG as the CEO of NRG Home Solar.

J.P. Roehm has over 25 years in the heavy civil and renewable energy construction sectors. He is the former President and CEO of Infrastructure and Energy Alternatives, Inc. (IEA), a subsidiary of MasTec. In this role, J.P. provided oversight on major M&As and equity raises, and ensured organizational integrations such as IEA’s consolidation within MasTec’s Clean Energy and Infrastructure Segment. He is also deeply engaged with renewable energy industry regulations, policies, and political outreach. He holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology.

Peter is the Managing Partner and Founder of Neos Partners. Prior to forming Neos, Peter was a Managing Director in Oaktree’s GFI Energy Group, which executes the Power Opportunities investment strategy. Prior to joining Oaktree, he was a member of the Americas investment team at UBS Infrastructure Asset Management. Peter began his career as a project development engineer in Skanska’s Large Projects Group.
Peter currently serves on the board of directors of Mill Creek Renewables. He previously served on the board of directors of Array Technologies, Fidelity Building Services Group, Infrastructure & Energy Alternatives, Montrose Environmental Group, Renewable Energy Infrastructure Group, Shoals Technologies Group, Signal Energy, Sterling Lumber Company, and TPI Composites. Rob Sweaney has been an executive in the data center industry for the past 27 years. He previously served as an owner and COO of Power Distribution Inc., which was later sold to Bertram Capital. Rob was appointed President and CEO of PDI following the sale and diversified the company even further with successful product launches into the alternative energy and the industrial transformer markets. He later led Anord Control Systems LTD, a premier Irish manufacturer of European switchgear, in an expansion into the North American data center market. Robert Sweaney holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the Virginia Military Institute. After graduation, he proudly served as an officer in the United States Marine Corps.

Paul Cody is a business leader and board member with extensive experience in both utility and industrial services as well as product manufacturing. Paul has held senior executive positions with Eaton Corporation, where he led the Eaton Electrical Service Business from start up to a significant global enterprise. Cody also served as CEO for two Private Equity platforms, (Commercial and Security Glass Fabrication; and Electrical Engineering and Field Services). Brad Forth is a Senior Partner at Neos Partners. Prior to joining Neos, from 2006 through 2021, Brad served as a Managing Director and Senior Advisor in Oaktree’s GFI Energy Group, which executes the Power Opportunities investment strategy. Brad was responsible for driving Oaktree Power’s thematic research in the power, utility and energy sectors; leading investments in portfolio companies; and working with management teams to accelerate the growth of their businesses.
Brad has spent his entire career as an investor and operator in the energy and engineering sectors, with a particular focus on power systems and renewable energy. He currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Array Technologies (NASDAQ: ARRY) and Shoals Technologies Group (NASDAQ: SHLS). Brad began his career as a design engineer at Power Measurement, Inc., where he was responsible for pioneering research in the fields of digital power metering and energy management systems. In connection with Oaktree’s acquisition of Power Measurement, Brad served as the firm’s CEO for eight years until its eventual sale to Schneider Electric. Brad led Schneider Electric’s Global Power Monitoring and Control business for a brief period before joining Oaktree as a Managing Director.
During his tenure at Oaktree, Brad served in active management roles and as a board member for Array Technologies, Shoals Technologies Group, GT Solar and Power Measurement. Brad also served as a board member of OpTerra Energy Group and Xantrex Technology, and was Chairman of the Board of Cannon Technologies, GoodCents, Kirlin, Ten K Solar, and Turbine Generator Maintenance. Brad received a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering degree from the University of Victoria in Canada.

David Berglund is an Artificial Intelligence (AI) executive, researcher, and consultant focused on maximizing the value created through AI systems.
David is the founder of Itasca Labs, an Artificial Intelligence and Digital Transformation consulting practice. David previously served as SVP, Global Head of Artificial Intelligence at Fidelity Information Services (FIS), overseeing the strategy and deployment of AI, including Machine Learning, Enterprise Data, Performance Engineering, and AI Ethics. His teams filed over 50 patents in fields related to Machine Learning and Advanced Data Processing during his tenure at FIS.
Before joining FIS, Mr. Berglund led Artificial Intelligence at U.S. Bank, driving product innovation and strategy and defining the firm's risk management framework for AI. Prior to that, he held multiple product, innovation, and strategy roles at UnitedHealth Group. David is actively involved in the startup ecosystem and successfully exited his startup Hoodstarter in 2018.
Academically, he studied at Stanford University, the University of St. Thomas (MBA), and Loyola University Chicago (BS). He’s on the University of North Florida (UNF) and Milwaukee School of Engineering (MSOE) industry advisory boards. He is a guest lecturer at The Wharton School’s Executive Education Program in partnership with the Risk Management Association (RMA) on AI Risks in Financial Services.
