Our Investment Strategy

Ownership

We focus primarily on partnering with founder- and family-owned companies with differentiated capabilities and strong market positions.

Business Types

We partner with industrial companies providing products (manufacturing, assembly, and distribution) and services (engineering, construction, and field services).

Sectors

The companies we partner with derive the majority of their revenue from our core sectors: renewable energy, power grid, infrastructure, data centers, and energy-intensive industrials.

Location

Our partner companies are headquartered in the U.S. and Canada; however, many have international footprints or aspirations.

Structure

Neos is an equity investor that uses limited debt, if any. Many of our portfolio companies have no debt and the ones that do have a conservative debt profile to ensure operational and financial flexibility to support step-change growth.

Growth

We drive growth through a mix of organic initiatives and targeted acquisitions.
