Andrew is an Associate on the Investment Team at Neos Partners, and is responsible for evaluating, structuring, and executing portfolio company investments across the energy transition and critical infrastructure sectors. Prior to joining Neos, Andrew was an analyst on the Lower Middle Market investment team at Main Street Capital Corporation, where he executed structured debt and equity investments in the industrials, distribution and manufacturing sectors. Andrew holds a B.B.A. In Finance and Economics from Baylor University.
