Ben Brothers is a Vice President on the Investment Team at Neos Partners responsible for sourcing, executing, and managing portfolio company investments across the energy transition and critical infrastructure sectors. He serves on the board of directors of Panelmatic.
Prior to joining Neos, Ben served as a Senior Associate at Aurora Capital Partners, a middle-market private equity firm, where he focused on investing across the business services, industrials, transportation and logistics, and distribution sectors. Ben began his career in investment banking at Credit Suisse in the Financial Sponsors and Leveraged Finance practice where he executed M&A and capital market transactions across a variety of end markets. He holds a B.S.B.A. in Finance and Management from Georgetown University.
