Henry is a Vice President on the Investment Team at Neos Partners, and is responsible for evaluating, structuring, and executing portfolio company investments across the energy transition and critical infrastructure sectors. He currently serves on the board of directors of Mill Creek Renewables.
Prior to joining Neos, Henry served as a Senior Associate at OceanSound Partners, a private equity investment firm based in New York. Henry began his career as an investment banking analyst at RBC Capital Markets in the Leveraged Finance Group, where he led buyouts, recapitalizations, and M&A transactions across end markets for corporate and financial sponsor clients. He received a B.S. in Civil Engineering and a B.S. in Finance from Lehigh University in the Integrated Business and Engineering Honors Program.
