Michael Ouyang is a Principal on the Investment Team at Neos Partners responsible for sourcing, executing, and managing portfolio company investments across the energy transition and critical infrastructure sectors. He serves on the board of directors of MGM Transformers and RMS Energy.
Prior to joining Neos, Michael served as a Vice President at Warren Equity Partners, a middle-market private equity firm where he focused on investing across the power and utilities, buildings and facilities, and digital infrastructure sectors. Prior to Warren Equity, Michael worked at Huron Capital Partners where he executed investments in utility and industrial companies. Michael began his career at FINNEA Group, a middle-market investment bank. Michael previously served on the board of directors of Code Red Safety, Magnolia River International, Pueblo Mechanical, Ronnoco Coffee, and Vortex Industries. Michael holds a B.A. in Economics from Dartmouth College.
