Michael is a Principal on the Investment Team at Neos Partners, and is responsible for sourcing, executing, and managing portfolio company investments across the energy transition and critical infrastructure sectors. Prior to joining Neos, Michael served as a Vice President at Warren Equity Partners, a middle-market private equity firm where he focused on businesses in the power and utilities, buildings and facilities, and digital infrastructure sectors. Prior to Warren Equity, Michael was a Vice President at Huron Capital Partners investing in companies providing facility, infrastructure and utility, and industrial technology and automation services. Michael began his career as an Associate at FINNEA Group, a middle-market investment bank. Michael previously served on the board of directors of Magnolia River International, Vortex Industries, Code Red Safety, Pueblo Mechanical, and Ronnoco Coffee. Michael holds a B.A. in Economics from Dartmouth College.
