Nick is a Vice President on the Investment Team at Neos Partners, and is responsible for evaluating, structuring, and executing portfolio company investments across the energy transition and critical infrastructure sectors.
Prior to joining Neos, Nick served as a Vice President at Aurora Capital Partners, a middle-market private equity firm, where he focused on investments in the industrial services and industrial technology sectors. Prior to Aurora, Nick was a Principal at ACON Investments, where he focused on investments in the industrials, power, and consumer sectors. He began his career as an investment banker at BB&T Capital Markets in the Defense & Government Services group focused on mergers and acquisitions advisory.
Nick previously served on the Board of Directors of Automated Gate Services and Inhance Technologies. He was also involved in the execution and management of prior investments in PSC Group, ProEnergy Services, APR Energy, Fleetwash, Pine Environmental Services, and New Era Cap. Nick holds a B.S. in Mathematics from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte
