Managing Partner, Portfolio Manager

Peter Jonna is the Managing Partner and Founder of Neos Partners.  He is responsible for leading the firm’s investment activities and setting the strategic priorities for the firm.  Peter serves on the board of directors of BBC Electrical Services, FastGrid, MGM Transformers, MillCreek Renewables, Panelmatic, PwrQ, RMS Energy, and States Manufacturing.

Prior to forming Neos, Peter was a Managing Director in Oaktree’s GFI Energy Group, which executes the Power Opportunities investment strategy.  Peter joined Oaktree in 2013, and was responsible for sourcing, executing, and managing investments in operating companies in the energy, utility, and industrials sectors.  Prior to joining Oaktree, he was a member of the Americas investment team at UBS Infrastructure Asset Management, where he was responsible for investing directly in energy, power and transportation infrastructure assets.  Peter began his career as a project development engineer in Skanska’s Large Projects Group where the firm developed, owned and operated large infrastructure assets in North America.  He previously served on the board of directors of nine companies, including five public companies: Array Technologies (NASDAQ: ARRY), Fidelity Building Services Group, Infrastructure & Energy Alternatives (NASDAQ: IEA), Montrose Environmental Group (NYSE: MEG), Renewable Energy Infrastructure Group, Shoals Technologies Group (NASDAQ: SHLS), Signal Energy, Sterling Lumber Company, and TPI Composites (NASDAQ: TPIC).

Peter earned an M.S. in Civil Engineering from Stanford University and a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of California, Los Angeles.
