Pierre Champion is a Managing Director at Neos Partners. He leads the firm’s business development activities and focuses on deal sourcing and thematic research.
Prior to joining Neos, Pierre served as a Partner at Bestige Holdings, where he was responsible for sourcing, structuring, and executing investment opportunities. Prior to Bestige, he was Director of Business Development at Warren Equity Partners, a middle-market private equity firm where he focused on the power and utilities, electrification, and digital infrastructure sectors. Prior to Warren Equity, Pierre was a Senior Director at Centre Lane Partners.
Pierre began his career as an investment banking analyst in Credit Agricole’s power and utility group in New York where he executed domestic and cross-border transactions. Pierre holds a M.Sc. in Finance from EM Lyon Business School and a law degree from Claude Bernard Law University.
