Serge Gofer is a Vice President on the Investment Team at Neos Partners responsible for sourcing, executing, and managing portfolio company investments across the energy transition and critical infrastructure sectors. He serves on the board of directors of MGM Transformers and FastGrid.
Prior to joining Neos, Serge served as a Senior Associate at Ares Management where he executed control and special situations investments across the renewables, industrials, business services, and energy sectors. Serge began his career in investment banking at Evercore in the Global Advisory group where he executed M&A, recapitalization, and joint-venture transactions. He received a B.Eng. In Mechanical Engineering from McGill University.
