Serge is a Vice President on the Investment Team at Neos Partners, and is responsible for evaluating, structuring, and executing portfolio company investments across the energy transition and critical infrastructure sectors. Prior to joining Neos, Serge served as a Senior Associate at Ares Management where he executed investments across the climate infrastructure, industrials, business services, and energy sectors. Serge began his career as an investment banking analyst at Evercore in the Global Advisory group where he executed M&A, recapitalization, and joint-venture transactions. He received a B.Eng. In Mechanical Engineering from McGill University.
