Trey Bivins is a Managing Director on the Investment Team at Neos Partners responsible for sourcing, executing, and managing portfolio company investments across the energy transition and critical infrastructure sectors. He serves on the board of directors of BBC Electrical Services, Panelmatic, and States Manufacturing.
Prior to joining Neos, Trey worked at AE Industrial Partners where he executed investments across the industrial and power sectors. Trey previously served on the board of directors of Altus Fire & Life Safety, American Pacific, Blue Raven Solutions, Calca Solutions, and Resolute Industrial. Prior to AE Industrial, Trey was an investment banking Associate at Bank of America in the Leveraged Finance Group where he focused on industrial businesses. Trey began his career at Lockheed Martin as a Financial Analyst. Trey holds an MBA from the NYU Stern School of Business and a B.S. in Finance from the University of Central Florida.
