Zach Wells is a Vice President on the Investment Team at Neos Partners responsible for sourcing, executing, and managing portfolio company investments across the energy transition and critical infrastructure sectors. He serves on the board of directors of States Manufacturing
Prior to joining Neos, Zach served as a Senior Associate at Clairvest, a middle-market private equity firm. Prior to Clairvest, Zach worked in investment banking at BMO Capital Markets. Zach previously served on the board of directors of Boca Biolistics and Durante Rentals. He received a B.A. in Economics from McGill University.
